It really does give the illusion of a waist. The material is a medium weight. I probably should have sized down so it won’t stretch while in the water. For adjusting the straps, you may want someone do it while it’s on as it isn’t easy to do once it is on.
I personally think it is flattering on and may give someone that is not crazy about there body in a bathing suit some confidence.

Well made, super cute and comfortable. A classy option for the cruise! I did go down a size from what I originally ordered, but I am not sure if that was the garment or the fact that I have been dieting. But going down a size is never a problem! The length was just right and the price was on point! I highly recommend.

I’m 5’9” and weigh 176 lbs. After losing weight, I was looking for a swimsuit that would flatter my shape and help conceal my lower tummy. I also have a long torso, so one-piece suits often don’t fit me well.
