I'm 5'8, 140ish lbs, wear a 34C and got a size Medium. I was nervous about getting a medium but it fit! My boobs kind of come out of the side but not a lot. It's really comfortable, but the band doesn't stretch at all to get it on/off. I have to bend 100% over to get it off my head lol so I think it's definitely for people with smaller waistlines. The straps aren't adjustable. I got it in black, pink and beige!
